Ram Commitment to American Farm Families Continues

The Ram Truck brand shares its values with those of American farm families. And, after the premier of the 2013 Super Bowl ad "Farmer," Ram has made a point to show its commitment to American farmers and their families.
On April 26, the Ram Truck brand will show its commitment once again by supporting "The Next Crop Project," an effort to support the future leaders in American farming.

The "Next Crop Project" will raise money for the National FFA Organization by supporting test driving Ram trucks. For each test drive, Ram will donate $20 to the local FFA chapter to go towards leadership programs. FFA chapters in participating dealer communities will benefit directly from this effort and this opportunity poses a great fundraising opportunity for local chapters. More than 100 dealers nationwide will be participating in this special event this month.

President and CEO of the Ram Truck Brand, Chrysler Group LLC Reid Bigland knows the importance of farming in America and the values that are shared with American farmers and the Ram Truck brand.

"'The Next Crop Project' is a great way for the Ram brand to continue our support of the FFA and to further increase awareness as to the importance of farming in our country," said Bigland. "The uniquely American 'farmer spirit' is also consistent with our Ram values of courage, dignity and setting examples through hard work."

The Ram Truck brand hopes to continue its financial support of the National FFA Organization that showed through after the "Farmer" commercial was released. After reaching10 million views online in less than a week, Ram donated $1 million to the National FFA Organization.
